CEO and Director of Future Coaches 302, dedicated to developing tomorrow’s leaders in sports and mentorship. He began his career with four years of coaching and mentoring at Kuumba Academy Charter School, then guided the Girls Varsity basketball program at Delaware Academy of Public Safety and Security for three seasons. For the past eight years, he has served as the Boys Varsity Head Basketball Coach at Odyssey Charter School, where his blend of discipline, passion, and player development has left a lasting impact on countless student‑athletes.

"aka MiMi",  I work for Habitat for Humanity NCC as a Project Manager of Repairs.  I’m a mother of two daughters Alexis and D’yon and two amazing grandchildren Kayson & D’ior. 

I joined the Future Coaches 302 program as Secretary / Treasurer / Volunteer because of my grandson Kayson’s passion for basketball and trying to find a program for his age where he can learn the fundamentals. I met Coach Rodney about training one on one and he told me about his passion for coaching and wanted to start a league for children. Now here we are!

Camille Martinez
Director of Cheerleading
Camille “Coach Millie” is an Assistant Cheerleading Coach at Hodgson Vo‑Tech High School with a lifelong foundation in the sport. She grew up as a competitive cheerleader and continued cheering throughout high school, developing strong skills in stunting, performance, and team leadership. Today, she brings that same passion and technical knowledge to her athletes. Camille will be leading the Cheer division of the Future Coaches 302 Program, where she focuses on developing confident, skilled, and disciplined young athletes. Her coaching style blends structure, mentorship, and positive energy, creating an environment where students can grow both on and off the mat.
